About the Project
Mr. Stan Kroenke is embarking on a project to build the most iconic stadium and entertainment district in North America. It will be the first indoor/outdoor stadium and will include state of the art technology and luxurious premium areas. The LA Stadium & Entertainment District will be home to NFL games, countless major concerts and sporting events, Super Bowls, the Olympics, and much more. As part of this project, Legends has been hired to oversee and manage various project development and sales aspects of the stadium.
This internship position will entail various office tasks at the Premiere Center, along with event and game day responsibilities. The Legends Global Seat / Suites Sales Intern should be a professional, self-motivated, positive individual with a desire to work in sports. The Legends Global Sales Intern will work under the guidance of the Manager of Office Development, and the Director of Sales and Service.
- Office responsibilities:
- Early arrival and power on of Premiere Center technology
- Perform front desk reception tasks including answering phones, greeting visitors, check-in process, etc.
- Data entry and sorting in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Coordinate with various outside vendors for order and delivery of all office needs
- PSL & Suite sales research
- Perform other projects, tasks, or errands as necessary
- Event day responsibilities:
- Assist in event management including RSVPs, distribution of tickets, and check-in.
- Help host and manage VIP prospecting and partner suites
- Meet and interact with fans and be a positive representative of Legends as well as the LA Rams and LA Chargers
- Collect contact information from prospective premium seating prospects for LA Stadium at Hollywood Park
- College student preferred
- Minimum of 1 year prior work experience
- Customer service experience required
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Possess effective project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
- Experience with Archtics a plus
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports

The Concessions intern will work closely with the managers of the Concessions Departments including In-Seat and Vending. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to stocking, taking inventory, check-in and check-out of employees, stand sheet reconciliation, customer service, cash counts during games, menu board updates, learning the POS system, Board of Health requirements, and reporting. (Multiple positions available)
The Merchandise intern will work closely with the managers of the stores and warehouse. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to stocking, taking inventory, warehouse distribution, check-in and check-out of employees, scheduling employees, customer service, supervising on all levels, observing buying meetings, and reporting. Premium Services Intern
The Premium Services intern will work closely with the managers in the premium spaces including suites, membership clubs, and catering functions. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to stocking, taking inventory, room set-up/breakdown, staffing, customer services, finalizing invoices after each event, learning the POS system, hosting in Clubs, assisting with special events and customer service. The Premium Services Culinary Intern will work closely with the Chefs and Premium Purchaser. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to stocking, taking inventory, coding and checking invoices, staffing and scheduling, supervision of culinary projects, station set-up/breakdown, learning culinary basics (recipes, knife handling etc.), learning Food Safety and Sanitation, assisting with special events, organizing and fact-checking of historical and current operational data. Customer Service Intern
The Customer Service Intern will report directly to the Customer Service Manager while working closely with the managers in the Concessions, Merchandise and Premium Services departments. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to gathering on-site surveys during the games, secret shopping associates around the stadium, assisting in Customer Service employee initiatives, compiling survey results in Excel, handing out prizes and numerous other customer service related activities. The Finance Intern will report directly to the Controller while working closely with the managers in the Concessions, Merchandise and Premium Services departments. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to audits, assisting in timely financial statements, performing and reviewing bank cash and credit reconciliations, filing, organizing and fact-checking of historical and current operational data. Information Technology Intern
The Information Technology Intern will report directly to the IT Manager while working closely with the Managers in the Concessions, Merchandise and Premium Services departments. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing game day support for multiple point-of-sale systems. Provide outstanding customer service to internal departments. The person will be specifically required to work during most events being held at the facility (including late nights and weekends). They will also act as the liaison between system and service providers and the end users to resolve all system problems. Must be able to communicate productively and professionally across all managerial levels. (Limited positions available)
Human Resources Intern
The Human Resources intern will support the human resources team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting in researching state and federal employment law, learning about employee relations and labor relations. Additional tasks may include faxing, filing, creating and revising Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. (Limited positions available)
