Summary of Team Member Daily Duties:
• Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base
• Greet guests & ascertain their interest, so you may make sales recommendations
• Excellent accuracy when using POS systems
• Demonstrate ownership in cleaning, re-stocking, & any other tasks assigned by supervisor
• Present merchandise to increase sale with add on items
• Must be able to describe merchandise features, benefits, and explain use
• Keep current on promotions & sales in store: and events at the speedway
• Maintain inventory, merchandise placement, and accurate counts.  Assist in inventory
• Continually increase knowledge of product, facility, and all events held at IMS
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Must be able to read & implement plan-o-grams
• Assist the Gift Shop set-up team with the merchandising of event gift shops including plan-o-grams, merchandise placement, inventory control, cleaning of shops & fixtures
• Merchandising skills a plus

Gallery Retail Associate - Legends - One World Observatory (New York, NY)

Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose
The Retail Associate is responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers in a variety of duties relating to a high end store service experience including recording transactions and collecting payment with a point of sale system, stocking fixtures and providing a Legendary experience.

Essential Functions

· Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of amount owed

· Collects the proper money for transaction; processes credit card or collects cash and determines correct change for guests

· Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift

· Provides customer service to guests by being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the products available for purchase

· Suggest additional items to customers, as appropriate

· Ensure that all fixtures are clean, stocked and tidy to deliver a full service

· Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed

· Ensure that the correct close down procedure is followed: all areas of the store are to be left clean, tidy and secure, ready for the next day’s service

· Assist with daily, weekly and month inventory as needed

· Provide guidance to guests at One World Observatory inclusive of retail options and general New York City attraction information

Supportive Functions

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

· Keep work area clean and organized

· Organize Storage Areas

· Attend mandatory meetings

· Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.

The Assistant Pro Shop Manager will report to the Pro Shop Manager, and will be based at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.

Essential Job Functions

  • Evaluate and purchase suitable merchandise based on guests’ and clients’ needs

  • Assist with maintaining proper inventory levels

  • Assist with the development of warehousing plan to assure easy access and accountability of merchandise

  • Develop training programs and train personnel, i.e., guest relations, inventory, cash handling

  • Develop merchandising plans for the Pro Shop

  • Perform period end inventory

  • Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating customer concerns

  • Supervise assigned personnel, hire, terminate, discipline, evaluate performance and develop each employee to his/her potential

  • Recommend and maintain preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of Legends 

  • Implement and maintain effective communication with the client and all employees

  • Assist in the development of programs that result in increased customer satisfaction 

  • Manage in compliance with established Legends' policies and procedures

  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are in effect at all times

The Merchandise Warehouse Associate reports to the Assistant Director of Merchandise and is based out of AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.

Essential Job Functions

·         Reports for scheduled work, is at main warehouse in a timely manner and is in complete uniform with clothing and personal appearance neat and clean.

·         Accomplishes warehouse Human Resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and adhering to policies and procedures.

·         Meets warehouse operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Also resolves problems and identifies warehouse system improvements.

·         Moves inventory to and from warehouse and coordinates inventory transfers with related departments.

·         Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.

·         Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adheres to storage design principles, and recommends improvements.

·         Maintains inventory by conducting daily/monthly physical counts, reconciles variances, and inputs data.

·         Utilizes Inventory System to record and track inventory flow between departments and perpetual inventories.

·         Works with Warehouse Manager on Month-End Inventory process.

·         Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.

·         Other duties as assigned

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times. Implement Legends customer service program to ensure excellent customer service.
Reports for scheduled work in a timely manner and is in complete uniform, with a neat and clean personal appearance. 
Ensure all cash handling and inventory management procedures are in effect at all times, have working knowledge of POS. Uses Point of Sale equipment correctly and accurately. 
Maintains high standards of friendly guest service.
Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary (team store, cashiers, kiosk, portables and customer service).
Has thorough knowledge of the home teams and the product.
Keeps work area and equipment neat and clean.
At closing, works with other store/stand personnel to properly clean and organize stock for next event.
Performs and completes other tasks as assigned by management.

Assists the Warehouse Manager in delivering product orders to the retail stands. Helps Retail Lead maintain adequate inventory levels and performs assigned tasks to help maintain operational standards of the concession operation. Must maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reports for scheduled work, is at main warehouse in a timely manner and is in complete uniform with clothing and personal appearance neat and clean.
2. Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.
3. Follows Warehouse Supervisors assignments for delivering all products throughout the arena in a timely manner.
4. Presents a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accepts job responsibilities.
5. Delivers stock to all retail areas.
6. Reports all needed stand repairs to the Warehouse Supervisor.
7. Empties trash containers into receptacles and delivers trash to appropriate dumpsters.
8. Uses all safety equipment provided. Uses safe lifting techniques.
9. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments.
10. Performs and completes other tasks as assigned by management.

• No experience necessary; orientation and on-the-job training provided.
• Must be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to lift and to carry up to 50 lbs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Constant walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching. Must be able to lift/move 150 lbs.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTION:

This position performs a variety of administrative and operational functions in support of the unit staff. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Draft letters, reports and other correspondence in a timely, accurate manner. 

·         Provide routine information regarding events, operations, policies and procedures for various operations within the unit.

·         Maintain a variety of files and records of information (e.g. attendance, event files, expense records, employee files, invoices etc.).

·         Prepare various schedules as required.

·         Maintain and order all necessary supplies and materials for the department using corporate programs.

·         Serve as keeper of the records for all current and closed files within the office.

·         Assist with cost projection for budget related to office maintenance expenses based on past expenditures, projected growth and workload.

·         Review or prepare labor schedules.

·         Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time

·         This position will incorporate duties of other positions, including, but not limited to overseeing the Cash Room, Weekly Accounting, and Payroll.

·         Assist when needed in Team Shop/Event Locations

·         Assist Operations Manager with monthly inventory, transfers, receiving, and other related projects.

·         Oversee retail associates and report to General Manager when reprimand is deemed necessary

·         Assist with hiring, on-boarding, and any employee/company related documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Required:

·         High school diploma.

·         Six months of experience in office management principles and procedures.

·         Work independently, exercising judgment, and initiative.

·         Excellent verbal and customer service skills.   

·         Knowledge of MS Office and typing skills.

·         Ability to participate in a team environment.

·         Ability to understand written and oral direction and communicate same with others.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Merchandise Sales Associates - Legends Hospitality - Yankee Stadium (Bronx, NY)

As directed by the location Supervisor or Store Manager, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
 

Primary Responsibilities:

Stands & Stores

  • Cleaning and Organizing- Assist as directed by the Supervisor or Store Manager in ensuring the location is cleaned and organized

Stock

  • Assist as directed by the Supervisor or Store Manager in ensuring the location is fully stocked for all events

Setup 

  • Assist as directed by the Supervisor or Store Manager in ensuring the location is fully setup prior to the start of an event

Cash Handling

  • Location Bank- Pick up the location’s bank prior to an event and drop it off to the money room at the end of an event if required
  • Accuracy- Ensure bank amount is correct before leaving the bank room. If incorrect see bank room employees immediately to correct the problem

Sales

  • Accurately ring-in sales in a timely manner at the location on the Point of Sale terminal

Customer Service/Quality Control

  • Uphold yourself and others to the standards and policies required by Legends Hospitality
  • Be proactive when greeting guests and providing help to all customers
     

Qualifications:

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience preferred
  • Able to move fast and act on assigned duties
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Must be flexible to work all Yankee Stadium events including late nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Energetic, self motivated, warm and friendly personality and excellent guest services skills are required
