Retail/Merchandise : Retail Sales Associate
Merchandise Sales Assocaite - Legends at the American Airlines Center (Dallas, TX)

Our Sales Associates are responsible for creating the ultimate sales experience for our fans. Our number one priority is to provide fans with a Legendary Experience each time they enter our store. We strive to create an environment unlike any other sporting event world-wide. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in Customer Service, selection of engaging brands, display of merchandise, attention to detail, and creating hype and excitement for the game. Summary of Team Member Daily Duties:
• Create exciting, energetic, positive motivational environment for the fans
• Outstanding personality and work ethic
• Engage all types of fans in positive conversation
• Provide fun, but professional environment for fans and teammates
• Show expertise when selling product
• Sell multiple items in each transaction
• Excellent accuracy when using POS systems
• Demonstrate ownership in maintaining, re-stocking and cleaning daily sections

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service and selling skills
• Past experience working in retail or sales preferred
• Must have a H.S Diploma or GED
• Must show expertise and pride when selling product
• Respectful of a diverse team base and fan base
• Must be able to take constructive feedback and make necessary positive changes
• Honesty and integrity in all actions and language
• Must be willing to work extended hours on game days and during events
• Accuracy in opening and closing procedures

Retail/Merchandise : Warehouse Operations
Merchandise Warehouse Worker - New York Yankees (Bronx, NY)

As directed by the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisors, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Receiving- Assist in ensuring items and counts on Purchase Order match the items and counts on the corresponding packing slip
• Distribution- Assist in collection of needed items from the warehouse or new receiving and delivers them to specified location. Record the item quantities to be double-checked by the location supervisor
• Cleaning and Organization- The warehouse is to stay and clean and organized at all times to ensure efficiency
• Paperwork- Ensure all paperwork is filled out completely and properly. This includes but is not exclusive to receiving’s, transfers, sign-in and sign-out, distribution sheets, and inventory
• Drops- When dropping off stock to a location the stock needs to be neat and organized to ensure efficiency and ease of loading and unloading
• Ensure the use of safety and caution when operating in and around equipment 
• Customer Service/Quality Control
• Uphold yourself and others to the standards and policies required by Legends Hospitality

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience preferred 
• Ability to move fast and act on assigned duties 
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work fluently in English
• Flexibility to work all Venue events including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, self-motivated, warm and friendly personality and excellent guest services skills are required
• Maintaining a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times
• Ability to work in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds

Stands & Stores

•Cleaning and Organizing- Assist as directed by the Supervisor or Store Manager in ensuring the location is cleaned and organized

Stock

•Assist as directed by the Supervisor or Store Manager in ensuring the location is fully stocked for all events
Setup 

•Assist as directed by the Supervisor or Store Manager in ensuring the location is fully setup prior to the start of an event
Cash Handling

•Location Bank- Pick up the location’s bank prior to an event and drop it off to the money room at the end of an event if required
•Accuracy- Ensure bank amount is correct before leaving the bank room. If incorrect see bank room employees immediately to correct the problem
Sales

•Accurately ring-in sales in a timely manner at the location on the Point of Sale terminal
Customer Service/Quality Control

•Uphold yourself and others to the standards and policies required by Legends Hospitality
•Be proactive when greeting guests and providing help to all customers
 
Qualifications:

•All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
•Experience preferred
•Able to move fast and act on assigned duties
•Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
•Must be able to work fluently in English
•Must be flexible to work all Yankee Stadium events including late nights, weekends and holidays.
